This was a good WOD but I am a little upset with my time. 1st round I completed in 3:15.

This WOD was good!! I to was upset with my time. I glanced over at my timer after I finished the 1st rd, I completed it in 4:02. The KB's where the worst 4me in this WO. Thrusters got me in the 1st rd, after I completed all 20reps without putting the bar down; arms where jelly, and shot to hell by then!!! This WO gave a nice PUMP. Thanks Paul, for keeping this web site going, all the support.

The KBs were killer at 44#! Had to break up to 12 and 8 on every round.
