Did this WO with Krista on Sat! Was a bit tougher then it seemed. Krista keep on pushing right through it. And she made me push even harder. Pushups aren't her favorite, but her form is so much better; and she was right behide me.16:31
As hard as I tried I just couldn't keep up with Leslie on the pull-ups or sit ups...my pull ups were good today - thanks Leslie for your support!16:47
