This was a good WOD. I need to work on my situps. They are horrendous.

Added 20 thrusters and reduced the rounds to 3x because I'm trying to work my quads for skiing.
400m run

Tough on the arms, but it's good to be focusing on WODs again.

Did this WO with Krista on Sat! Was a bit tougher then it seemed. Krista keep on pushing right through it. And she made me push even harder. Pushups aren't her favorite, but her form is so much better; and she was right behide me.

As hard as I tried I just couldn't keep up with Leslie on the pull-ups or sit ups...my pull ups were good today - thanks Leslie for your support!

This WOD was harder than I expected. The situps do get to you on the 4th and 5th rounds.
