"NUTS" split into 5 rounds
5 Rounds
2 Handstand Pushups
3 Deadlifts (150#/250)
5 Box Jumps (24"/30")
10 Pullups
20 Wallballs (12#@9'/20#@10')
40 Double Unders (120 Singles)
Once finished with all 5 rounds then,
400M Sandbag Run (25#/40#)

This is last Thursday January 06, 2011 WOD split up into 5 rounds.
I am curious to see any difference in power between the two.

Although today was a rest day for me; cause I beat myself to death the last 2 days. This WOD today would of been pure NUTS!!! Would like to do this one with the group, hope I didn't open up a can of worms....ha ha. Just ran today, timed this one!

Was going to go for a run...but decided to do:

25 Box Jumps (20")
25 KB's (35lbs)

Was also going to do 25 Thrusters (45lbs) with it but decided not to; boy am I glad I didn't! This was hard...and my 3rd WOD. Obviously, can't do today's WOD on own...

Oh and I agree with Leslie; would be nice if we could do as group AND we could find Mike...congrats on your marathon...woot woot!!!

HSPU, 250# DL's, 30" BJ's, PU's, 20#@10' WB's, DU's and 400M 40# Sandbag Run.
It was interesting to see the difference in time. It was nice to break it up this way, but still was hard. I found it much easier when it came time for the double Unders. I could actually move my arms. It takes a little time also going from one exercise to the other. All in all I was able to produce more power this way. I even did the sandbag run!

I forgot how hard this was. The Wallballs took ~8 minutes and destroyed my arms for the DU's. I could only get about 15 DU's before my arms fell like rocks and couldn't swing fast enough. It took about ~8 minutes alone for the DU's. I also only ran not realizing it was a Sandbag Run.
