Paul - 6:53 RX'd225# DL and 95# OHSI hated this WOD. I felt so slow and sucked! The DL were horrible and weak the 2nd and 3rd round. I was able to get all 21 the first round and then it went downhill from there.

I was wondering that myself. About 5 months ago, I was at an 8 minute mile. I think I can do better now. I'll have to give it a shot. What's your best? I need a goal!You all are killing these workouts. Impressive.

6:55120# DL55# OHSFelt better with the OHS. I actually never put the bar down on these all 3 rounds. 3 Deadlifts were good, but dropped the bar once each round.
