I hated this WOD. I felt so slow and sucked! The DL were horrible and weak the 2nd and 3rd round. I was able to get all 21 the first round and then it went downhill from there.

DL's were so-so; OHS's were good. Not sure what to think of this one...

Did this with Leslie and her OHS are looking real good! Nice job on her DL's too!

You are animals!
My lower back was bugging me a bit, so I took it easy on the weight, BUT, in keeping with my leg workouts for skiing, I did 100' lunges after each round.
DL 91#
OHS 20# This was actually better than I've ever done
100' lunges

Ran 10K last night in <54 minutes.

Wow Mike, you are the running master now. What is the fastest you can do 1 mile?
Krista - that is an awesome time - good job. I will try that one later this week. I was pretty sore today from the situp WOD 2 days ago. My abs really felt it on the row and all the weight felt extra heavy!
Did one from last week:
33 cal row
33 pullups
33 deadlifts (120#)
33 power cleans (75#)
33 cal row


The first row did about 545m and the second was about 600m.

I was wondering that myself. About 5 months ago, I was at an 8 minute mile. I think I can do better now. I'll have to give it a shot. What's your best? I need a goal!

You all are killing these workouts. Impressive.

Felt better with the OHS. I actually never put the bar down on these all 3 rounds. 3 Deadlifts were good, but dropped the bar once each round.
