This was a tough WOD on the legs and shoulders. Got all 10 OHS, the 1st round, then had to break up to 6 and 4 on the following rounds.

I too did all OHS the first round and had to break the rest up 6 & 4. My shoulders were on fire for the burpees.
This was very tough on the shoulders. I have to keep reminding myself that 95# is good and not to go over that due to my right shoulder. OHS are very important but I understand I can get what I need out of it by keeping my shoulder safe.
I was anticipating sub 15:00 but was way off. I am happy with my time. Great job Jen!

This was awkward...but not too bad. Probably should have done 60lbs. I did all 10 OHS each round and have lovely grass burns on my knees from the burpees!

This was, a bit awkward as Krista said, turning around on the walkers would of been,the funniest home video for me!!Didn't have enough weight to make it 55lbs; 65lbs would have been to much. The Burpess where brutal on my kness, have never done them over the Bar! OHS where better for me this time, I used a much heavier weight then I normally do. I was a bit proved of myself!! Using my shorter bar helped. You all did great, your times where assume!!
