11 Box Jumps (20"/24")
400M Run
11 Burpees
11 Knees 2 Elbows

This WOD really should be 22 reps of each. 11 is actually perfect.

This was a great hard WOD. 11 Reps was a perfect amount. It gave the opportunity to keep pushing and not to break anything up.

100' Lunges
75 Singles
10 Burpees

12:08; 75 singles
Legs were on fire during lunges; burpees felt good today as did singles.

This was brutal. Krista pushed me to the max, especially on the last run! There was very little resting on this one... Krista and I were neck and neck the entire WOD.
