Paul - 19:52 RX'd115# ThrustersThis was a good hard WOD. I was able to do all thrusters every round unbroken. I had to break up pullups from round 6 - 10. I broke them up into 6 and 4. I wanted under 20 minutes. Very fatiguing.
I did bench press with the crew after the WOD and am very happy with the results. I have not trained with bench press since starting CF almost 2.5 years ago and got a PR. A natural PR! This is amazing considering all I do is the WODs.Paul - 270# Bench Press (PR - natural)Attempted 275# but failed.
