Paul - 14:37 RX'd75# OHSThis was a great WOD! I especially love the fact the OHS were with 75# only. I really do not like doing those with more than 75# with my past injuries to my shoulder. Good WOD to push yourself on!
Jen , Krista sure know how to get me moving!!! I did Sundays WOD with both of them. Felt great afterwards; except for my hand couldnt feel it. I could of used 5 more #'s, half way through. 20:26Rx'dI like this WOD. I am definitely feeling more comfortable with OHS. Pullups felt pretty good. Krista rocked it on OHS, I was able to catch up each round on pullups. Leslie did a great job as well and beat the both of us. Thx again!
20:46Rx'dHa! NOT a fan of this WOD. OHS were good until the 3rd round; was able to get through all 30 1st/2nd round and had to put the bar down at 18 in the 3rd. Pullups were, once again, difficult but I got through them. Jen killed the pullups as did Leslie...great job by both of them...Leslie was breathing down our backsides the last round...Thank you ladies!! Everyone did good on the runs too!
My upper arms are on FIRE today.!! Thanks again Jen and Krista that was fun.
