I did this right when I got up at work. I had only 10 minutes and just never felt it. I am satisfied with my time however.

Like I said last time - I just can't seem to improve on this one...Never put the bar down except between sets of SDHP and thruster. I did rest with the bar on the last round of thrusters. I guess I can't take any rest or do burpees faster.

Pull-ups went pretty good for me; sit ups got real tough by the 4th round...

Did Sat WOD with my son, on Sunday. He whipped my butt!! He makes a great partner.
