Paul - 9 Rounds + 5 DL's and 4 PC's5 Rounds + 12 PPI agree Leslie, this was a great WOD. It was so different in many ways between the 2 AMRAPS within the WOD. I was sweating bullets and got a great pump and workout on. I was wanting 10 rounds and 5 rounds, therefore I am happy with my performance.
8 rnds + 5 DL/5PC/4 RD4 rnds + 20 PP/2 PU75# DL and PCRing Dips - assisted with red band30# PPThis was a good WOD. Ring dips are a weakness for me but managed to do all 5 with the band every round.
Shea made up his own WOD:250m Run,then4 rounds of 5 Ring ups5 Box Jumps (8")Finish with 250m runTime - 7:40Good job Shea!!
