This was a great WO, We haven't had Ring Dipes in awhile. Was not able to do Rx on the DL cuz I don't have enough weight to use on both Bars!! Ring Dips where good, no band!

I agree Leslie, this was a great WOD. It was so different in many ways between the 2 AMRAPS within the WOD. I was sweating bullets and got a great pump and workout on. I was wanting 10 rounds and 5 rounds, therefore I am happy with my performance.

This was a good WOD. Ring dips are a weakness for me but managed to do all 5 with the band every round.

250m Run,then
4 rounds of
5 Ring ups
5 Box Jumps (8")
Finish with 250m run

Time - 7:40
