This was a good, hard high intesity WOD. I wanted sub 10 but didn't know if I would be able to keep up. I was at 4:33 at the end of 5 rounds. The 7th round on became hard. I never had to put the weight down.

This was tough. Had to break up the push press after round 4. My triceps are feeling it!

I liked this WOD. You would think the lower BJ would make it easier but, of course, it didn't! I never had to break any of it up. If I did 60lbs I would have.
