Paul - 9:40 RX'd95# PJ and 20" BJThis was a good, hard high intesity WOD. I wanted sub 10 but didn't know if I would be able to keep up. I was at 4:33 at the end of 5 rounds. The 7th round on became hard. I never had to put the weight down.

11:1655lb PP17" BJI liked this WOD. You would think the lower BJ would make it easier but, of course, it didn't! I never had to break any of it up. If I did 60lbs I would have.
