I pushed myself hard and didn't stop for the first 3 rounds (5:30ish).
This was an awesome WOD with perfect amount of weight for a hard intense workout. This was made by Robby and myself. This is one to put down to do again.

Thanks for this one...not sure about my time but I pushed through every round; only broke up the PC - did 9 then put bar down did 1 and went right into PP.

Just what I needed this morning! 55# was a good weight to push harder with. I am sure I would have had to set the bar down on PP with any higher wt.

I also have incorporated practicing DU's into my warm up and managed to do 2 in a row 2 times...it's a start! :0)

This WO was good, for me it would of been better with someone else. Very slow with this one. Weight was fine, Bj's have been a bit hard for me, I seem to have a fear of smashing my legs again. I think thats what slowed me down.
