Paul - 11:47 RX'd225# DL and 135# PCThis was a tough WOD. It made me keep pushing since the end seemed near throughout the WOD. Deadlifts were hard and I kept pushing on the power cleans even though the legs were dead. I believe my first row ended up being 450M and my second was 480M. This got me thinking. Just like CF says and the intensity (POWER) I rowed 450M in about 1:30 and burned 33 calories. But then rowed 480M in about 1:55 and burned the same amount of calories. Therefore I did less work in 33% quicker and burned the same calories.
18:46120# DL75# PCThe first row did about 545m and the second was about 600m. My abs were very sore and I really felt it during the row. Everything else seemed more difficult today. Pullups were slow, and the weights seemed extra heavy.
