This was heavy! I wanted to do 155# and after I lifted it once I sad forget it. I was then going to do 135# and decided to go with 145#. I was happy.

I was thinking the jerks would be the hardest part of this WOD, but I forgot how much harder hang cleans are than power cleans! Only did the first round without putting down weight. Thanks to Leslie and Krista for joining me this AM!

So glad that we did 65 instead of 70...I might have tried 70 on my own and would have been very sorry...forgot how hard the hang cleans are and the jerks got pretty tough too! Thank you for having us Jen; what a great way to start the weekend!!

This was a great WO for me. I needed that challenge today. Jen and Krista sure gave me that!! Hand Cleans where brutal on the hand, Jerks felt good, DL no problems. Krista flew right by me, I had her for a bit there. Thanks ladies great job!!
