Did WOD from 12/16/10 and I sucked!!
Sub'd SDHP with 35lb KB for row; would much rather have rowed!!

50 SDHP (35lb KB)
20 Burpees
10 S2OH (75lbs 1st rnd; 70lbs 2-4 rnds)


I really needed to do this with someone for a push. This was HARD!!!

That was an extremely hard wod. I can't imagine doing sdhp also instead of the row. You and jen need to do this together with the row machine.

This was a good WOD. The jumping lunges were a leg killer.Much harder than walking lunges.

Good WO. Did this with my boot. I want to keep track of all the wos I had to do with my broken toe to see if it slowed me down.
