Hands are tore up from wod I did yesterday so KB was hard to hold on to but weight was good; have to get a 40lb dumbbell or 2 20's...

Awesome Krista. I think a 40# DB would be better than 2 20# DB's.

This was brutal. HSPU are diffinately my weakness and my shoulders and neck were shot from yesterday. I also became sick and felt nauseated the entire WOD. I just wanted to make sure I did something.

Felt pretty good on this WOD. Tried to do a HSPU unassisted. Was able to get into a handstand with no problem, but actually doing a HSPU was a little more difficult...almost. First time using a 44# KB - actually liked this better than a 40# DB.
