Paul - 11 Rounds, 7 T2B and 100' Lunges.
Finished 12 Rounds @ 20:34.
I then did 2 more rounds of 8, 100', 8 to make a total of 100 reps each. This was a good WOD with no weights involved.

This WO was great, since we haven't had the Ring Dips in a while. leg are a bit tight, going from Rdps to T/2 Br was brutal, wristes where sore!!
