1.25 mile run (around North Lake)
25 Pushups
25 Burpees
25 Squats
25 Situps

You may break this up any way you want. Strategize and make it fun. Time is once everything is completed.

Felt good and glad I beat my last time. Also I should have been under 13 minutes but ran approximately 100 feet extra over the 1.31 miles we have tracked out. Oh Well!

This was done in the Sierra's with much incline.
25 Burpees and ran 200M.
15 Pushups and ran 400M.
10 Pushups, 15 Squats and ran 400M.
10 Squats and ran 400M.
25 Situps and ran 600M.

The run was the hardest part with the incline. Started with 25 situps, ran 200m, 15 burpees, ran 400m,10 burpees, 400m, 25 squats, 400m, 15 pushups, 400m, 10 pushups, 200m.

Beat my previous time on the same route: 15:29 (7-10-10).
