Paul - 6 Rounds and 40 Feet - RX'd210# DL - yes I weigh 208.This was a good WOD and one to keep pushing on. My first round I completed in about 2:15 and each round after in about 2:30. Also the run is about .26 to .27 miles. So I ran an extra 100 - 200M. Good WOD!
