210# DL - yes I weigh 208.

This was a good WOD and one to keep pushing on. My first round I completed in about 2:15 and each round after in about 2:30. Also the run is about .26 to .27 miles. So I ran an extra 100 - 200M. Good WOD!

Didn't feel good doing this... Great job Paul; it would take me almost one of your rounds just to finish the run...lol!!
