Might attempt this one tommorow! WO with Krista today, did Sundays WOD. Not as easy as it looks! Had a really bad headache going into this one, thought I was going to puck any min!! My Pullups where pretty stronge, but the KB felt like 100# today! Made my head worse. Krista pushed through this one, with nice form. Wasn't going to let her stop!

This was extremely hard. Sandbag runs were tough and kinked my neck. Push Jerks were brutal.
