Great workout today (10/18/11). I beat my highschool clocked mile. Lara ran without stopping in a workout for the first time since starting crossfit!

Morgan: mile- 6:29 1200- 6:28? 800- 5:44 400- 2:56? (my 1200 and 400 rounds I ran with Wyatt in the stroller)
Jared: mile- 7:40 1200- 5:33 800- ?? 400- ?? (Jared ran with the stroller for the mile and 800. He knows his last lap times so hopefully he'll remember to post them later)

1200M (3/4 mile) = 4:48 / 6:24 Pace
800M (1/2 mile) = 2:55 / 5:50 Pace
400M (1/4 mile) = 1:24 / 5:36 Pace
Great Metabolic WOD! This hurt cardiovascularly as well as pulmonarily bad. I am happ though considering that I did this weighing 210 Pounds.
This was tough...the 3/4 mile was the worst.
