Paul - 14:47 RX'dThis was good and hard! I was able to get the first 45 (3 sets) of pullups unbroken. My squats seem very weak lately.
Did this WOD on Sunday 12/26. It was a fast pase WO, I was sluggish on the run. Pullups where good; was able to do 3/4 in a row! Squats are always quick for me. Over all, my time blows!!20:32
