I thought I would take it easy from the weights today, and do todays WOD!! OMG!! My legs are on FIRE.. You dont realize that u use your legs so much; not to mention reaching so high. Almost hit my head a few times to reach for the line on the wall. Going from Jumps to Squats are brutal on the Quads and hips. Great WO though. Add up all the squat you do between the Jumps/Squats (450)OCH!!! I'm not sure how I did for time, but I'm pretty sure it was to slow!

18" Jump and Touch
This was a tiring and fatiguing WOD. Jumping 18" (vertical) is tough. This portion was the slowest for me. I also made sure I did half the jumps from my left leg/touches with the left hand and the remaining from the right. This was awkward initially but became more natural as I went on. This was good as not only do we work on stregnth, speed, stamina, ect. but we work on coordination, accuracy, balance and things we suck at. My squats seemed weak but overall it went well.

Good Job Leslie!

Thanks, My calfs are still on fire today which is now Wedenesday!!! I'm not kidding... Paul good thinking on splitting up the jumps, reaching from one side then the other. I figured that out half way through.

Thought this would be not too bad...was I wrong! Those jump and touches were brutal! Only could do two or three at a time!
