Paul - 16:53 RX'd20#@10' and 75#This was one of those WOD's I thought I won't get through and if I do it will take all day. I pushed myself and realized how much more I really have and what I really am capable of. This was a hard grueling WOD!
Did the Dec. 2 workout.77#10 Power Cleans10 Burpees x5 = 10:01Felt pretty good. Couldn't finish the 4th round of cleans without putting down the bar. Burpees still suck.Ran 22 miles yesterday in 4 hours 1 minute. I was dead at the end but recovered quickly. Iced my knees for an hour... good to go. Looking forward to the marathon in 4 weeks. 17:58Sub'd TH (45lbs) for WBSquat Snatches 45lbsThis was hard and I don't think my squat snatches were all that good; but I got through the best I could. My whole body is fatigued.
24:2212# WB35# squat snatchMy time really sucked, but I was glad I did this one. Tried the squat snatch with 45# but could not get into a squat. Was able to do with 35#. It was still hard and I was only doing 5 at a time.
Just run 5k today. Having hard time with my hand. Still cant feel the weights sometimes, when lifting.
Leslie, it sounds like you might have a pinched nerve in your cervical spine. Causes numbness and tingling down arm and into hand. Get it checked out.
