Did actual HSPU with Paul assisting and holding my legs. Much harder being completely vertical, plus getting into a handstand multiple times.

I did this on January 3, 2011
This was my 4th day of crossfit exercises.

# of complete rounds: 5
I also made it through another set of jumping squats and mountain climbers.

The push-ups really slowed me down. After 2 sets, I couldn't get the full ten out without stopping.

first wod post pregnancy. Felt good but I can tell I have a LONG way to go.

5+jumping squats

-finished the 6th round but didn't time it.
-modified pushups
-did 20 per round of modified situps
