*Every 5 broad jumps, drop and do 3 burpees.

Bear Crawls are walking on all 4's with legs and arms stiff (no bending kness and elbows).

This was hard. WOW! The bear crawls were more difficult than I thought they would be. I only had to do 2 sets of 3 burpees each round. This was a good changeup.
