Paul - 8:08 RX'd155#This should have been a heavier weight but I am cutting back on the heavy heavy stuff. My form needs to improve before I go heavy again. This was a good WOD otherwise. The Cleans were much easier than the HSPU.
Did WOD from 10-2710 rounds1 C&J5 pullups10 pushups15 squats14:1075# C&JI thought this was a good WOD. Pushups were definitely difficult after round 2. 75# was good.

Krista (11/14/10)4:5570lbsModified HSPUProb should have done 75lbs; possibly 80lbs with modified HSPU. But this was good since I haven't done anything since 11/09/10. Ran 1.32 miles after in 12:43. Run felt real good. Just ran around the neighborhood...beautiful day!
