This should have been a heavier weight but I am cutting back on the heavy heavy stuff. My form needs to improve before I go heavy again. This was a good WOD otherwise. The Cleans were much easier than the HSPU.

I thought this was a good WOD. Pushups were definitely difficult after round 2. 75# was good.

Modified HSPU

Prob should have done 75lbs; possibly 80lbs with modified HSPU. But this was good since I haven't done anything since 11/09/10. Ran 1.32 miles after in 12:43. Run felt real good. Just ran around the neighborhood...beautiful day!

HSPU - assisted

Did actual HSPU with Paul assisting and holding my legs. Much harder being completely vertical, plus getting into a handstand multiple times.
