Did wod from 10/27/10 with Leslie:
10 rounds
1 clean & jerk
5 pull ups
10 C2G push ups
15 air squats


Holy crap; ripped my left hand open on the first set of pull ups :(. C2G push ups just KILLED me on this wod. Good one...70lbs was good.

This was a good WOD! I enjoyed this but really can feel it in my legs and lower back.

I also practiced some Muscle Up Handstand Push Ups. These were extremely hard. I was able to legitly get one full one. This is done by performing a Muscle Up and once up there rolling flipping your legs upwards and hanging upside down. Then pushing yourself up into a handstand. Unbelieveably hard! I will try and get a video of one next shift.

Talk about torture; both the WOD and trying to not let Jen kick my butt!! Do not need to do this one again any time soon. Seriously, those deadlifts were just brutal! Thank you for having me and Nathan. Oh, and thank you for the pictures...hahahahahahaha!!

The deadlifts were hard, especially the last round. Everything seemed to take forever....Great job Krista!
