KristaOMG!! Felt like slow motion...3 rounds, 6 SC, 2 PU's70lbs; singlesSquat cleans were good. Did 3-4 pull ups at a time; those slowed me down. Singles straight through.Did this with Leslie who did a great job and stayed strong the whole way through! :-)
OMG as well!!! I have to say I made an improvement from the last time we did this WO in Aug. Sqauts Cleans where a bit hard this time, the weight was good for me 70# wld of been a little to much. 3 rnds + 6 SC, 12 PU, 45 singles4 rnds in 10:1970#, singlesPaul broke down the rounds for me:1st: 2:102nd: 2:403rd: 2:454th: 2:44I was skeptical about doing SC with 70#, but since Krista did...The first round was good - did all SC and pullups unbroken. SC were tough after that, felt strong on pullups. Thanks for the push from afar Krista!
