Again this was hard and the first 2 rounds of DU's were horrible. It seems that I can only do them when fatigued.

Previous Time:
Paul - 4 Rounds, 6 SC's and 12 Pullups.
I finished 5 Rounds in 10:40.
This was only with 120#.

OMG!! Felt like slow motion...

70lbs; singles

Squat cleans were good. Did 3-4 pull ups at a time; those slowed me down. Singles straight through.

Did this with Leslie who did a great job and stayed strong the whole way through! :-)

OMG as well!!! I have to say I made an improvement from the last time we did this WO in Aug. Sqauts Cleans where a bit hard this time, the weight was good for me 70# wld of been a little to much. Have some problems with my right hand and arm, no feeling in them.
My pullups where good, still on Singles!! Krista nice job, great form, Pullups r looking good.

Paul broke down the rounds for me:
1st: 2:10
2nd: 2:40
3rd: 2:45
4th: 2:44

I was skeptical about doing SC with 70#, but since Krista did...
The first round was good - did all SC and pullups unbroken. SC were tough after that, felt strong on pullups. Thanks for the push from afar Krista!
