Good morning everyone! I haven't done a WO in about a week!! So today I ran with Pushups, this is how it went!! The Pushups where done on the Benches around the Lake, My toes where on the Bench; 15 Pushups each bench. Three Benches per Lake!!! People look at me funny!! Nice WO to start the day!

Nice job Leslie. It is great to have people just stare at you. Jen has this couple who run by our house almost everyday and they stop and just watch Jen. It is so COOL.

Jen and I did a WOD today as part of a competition with my brother. It went like this:
AMRAP in 10 minutes
10 Jumping Squats
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Pushups
10 Situps

Paul - 8 rounds, 10 JS, 10 MC, 10 PU and 8 SU.
Jen - 7 rounds, 10 JS, 10 MC and 10 PU.

I tried 75lbs but it felt a little too heavy for that many rounds/reps. 70lbs was good and pull ups were decent with only 7 each round. Leslie's pull ups were strong; good job!
