Paul - 17:47 RX'd 135# Double Unders This was extremely hard. I also think my time was really 16:47 but can't remember for sure. The Power Snatches at 135# were by far the hardest and the double unders did me in. I do not want to do this again.
I did a couple of power snatches with 70lbs but almost fell backwards so dropped down to 65lbs. Front squats were strong with this weight and power snatches were not bad. Almost can get arms straight up overhead in one motion. Need a bar like Jen though and would be much, much better (my bar is too wide)!! :-)

I also have been practicing Muscle Up Handstand Pushups every shift. One of these takes everything out of me. I can do it though.
I did a different WOD:
15 Thrusters (60lbs)
30 Sit ups
7:02
7:44; 07/04/10
Nice job Paul; this WOD wasn't posted when I did mine earlier today. I will try this one tomorrow!
