This was a really good WOD. I would love to do this again soon. The only thing I had to really break up was the pullups.

I really didn't like this one, only have 100#'s; and it felt like 200#'s!! I guess my wrist's hurt from WO yesterday. And the JR to the HSPU made me throw up in my mouth Lol!!! My time su...c.
