I had no strength for pullups after the last WOD. OHS felt good - never put down weight.

20 SDHP

Every minute do 4 burpees

9:47; 65lbs
10:57; 50lbs (02/16/10)

First half of OHS did not feel good; felt better on second half. Felt pretty good on everything else, even the SDHP. Have no recollection of how it all broke down but I didn't get through any set without burpees...did 2 sets of burpees the rounds with squats...

Nice job Jen; I was supposed to do that wod with Leslie 2nite but the bedtime fairy got to her!!

Krista- your strength is impressive. I honestly don't think I could do that WOD with 65#, let alone beat my last time!

Awww...thanks Jen! The OHS were the most difficult; I had a hard time getting into the squat without feeling like I was going to fall down.

Did Sundays WOD, OHS where hard!! Pullups where good. I did the wrong amount of Reps More than I was surpose to do!!!
