Pullups were 5 at a time until the last round. My right forearm was numb; weird! Oh, the run was hard; I have not ran in quite some time so that was good to do.Thank you Leslie for your time today!Will do today's tomorrow... :0)

Krista(10/27/10)12:2965lbsDon't want to do this one again any time soon. Pretty tough. Got through the first 2 rounds and then, essentially, did one round at a time. Push Press was the hardest to get through; forearms/shoulders were fatigued.
