Did WOD from last week:
3 rounds
400m run
15 pullups
15 push press

14:45 - 3 rounds
55# Push press

I finally felt like I had some of my pull-up strength back! Yeah!

I felt really good during this WOD. The Squats seemed the easiest, then hang cleans and then push press. I liked this!

55lbs Push Press

Pull ups were good; no blister(s) this time. Getting better. Push press was good; made it through all 15 without putting down bar. Pullups were 5 at a time until the last round. My right forearm was numb; weird! Oh, the run was hard; I have not ran in quite some time so that was good to do.

Last weeks WOD with Krista, Us 3 ladies always seem to be right behind each other!!

Don't want to do this one again any time soon. Pretty tough. Got through the first 2 rounds and then, essentially, did one round at a time. Push Press was the hardest to get through; forearms/shoulders were fatigued.

Very tough. Was able to get through 2nd round of front squats and 1 push press before putting the bar down.
