Krista Today I did:5 rounds10 OHS (55lbs)10 HSPU (feet on boxes 36")10 Burpees80 Singles17:17Pretty tough. Would really like to do HSPU w/out feet on boxes; but too scared to do it alone. The most difficult part for me was going into OHS after burpees and jump ropes when heart rate was fast. So done with burpees!
