Just ran today, haven't done this for over a week!! Works kicking my butt! Nice early hours, 5-1, but I'm wiped by 5:00pm...

Legs where killing me from the WO I did yesterday, and my upper body was sore from the pushups!! Feel good thought.

Today I did:
5 rounds
10 OHS (55lbs)
10 HSPU (feet on boxes 36")
10 Burpees
80 Singles

Pretty tough. Would really like to do HSPU w/out feet on boxes; but too scared to do it alone. The most difficult part for me was going into OHS after burpees and jump ropes when heart rate was fast. So done with burpees!

I think this was much harder with chest to ground pushups, the deadlifts felt good.
