then 5 rounds
20 Box Jumps (16"/20")
10 KB SDHP (44#/70#)
10 Kettlebell Swings (44#/70#)
10 Pullups

Finish with a 500m Row

If you do not have a 44# KB, use a 40# dumbbell.

This was extremely hard! The row at the end hurt the most. Also my time may have been closer to 18:15 but erased my time on accident.
Good WOD though.

Again, the pullups killed me. I need a break from those for a while.

Did Mondays WOD; This was a good WO. I was 35 pullups in when I realized that I was surpose to be doing Pushups, not Pullups>>> wrote down the wrong thing!! Och!! I made up for the Pushups at the end where the Pullups where posted last!! The KB's kicked my Butt...
