Just did yesterday's WOD with Krista! It was a nice workout to wake up with. Using a Bumbbell for the SDHP's was a bit hard to convert the position to grasp for the KB swings. Fingers where getting cramped. We both did well, thanks Krista.

I didn't think this was too bad, although it was a lot of pullups! I think one more round and I would have had blisters. Thanks for the company Leslie!
