This was the hardest (physically capable) workout I have done! The HSPU's were near impossible after the OHS. I had Robby time my rest only during HSPU's and it totaled 6:47. This is only the rest between when I started HSPU's and ended them each round. Unreal. I do not want to do this one again.

Pretty tough. Would really like to do HSPU w/out feet on boxes; but too scared to do it alone. The most difficult part for me was going into OHS after burpees and jump ropes when heart rate was fast. So done with burpees!

This was tough. Had to break up the OHS and HSPU after 1st round. I kept wanting to skip for the burpees for some reason...
