Paul - 3:15 RX'dI was really trying to break 3:00. The weight fell twice while overhead during the WOD. No excuses but my elbow prevents me from locking out and I suck at OH Squats.

5:5950# OHSI had no strength for pullups after the last WOD. OHS felt good - never put down weight.
