Exactly Krista. Wide Grip Deadlift essentially. It is a tougher lift bothe because you are deadlifting lower and you are holding the bar at a large angle. This exercise stregnthens your snatch pull. Have Fun.
Paul - 7:5775#Good WOD! 95# would have made it much harder. I am still hesitant about my should and working on my OH Squats. One thing I did notice was my grip was fatiguing fast. It is tough to hold the bar the entire time with a wide grip.
