7 Rounds
7 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (45#/75#)
7 Hang Power Snatches (45#/75#)
7 Overhead Squats (45#/75#)

The weight is really 60#/95# but I think it is best to decrease the weight on this and get good form while learning and still going hard.

Snatch grip deadlift? So you have your hands wide on the bar and do a deadlift?

Exactly Krista. Wide Grip Deadlift essentially. It is a tougher lift bothe because you are deadlifting lower and you are holding the bar at a large angle. This exercise stregnthens your snatch pull. Have Fun.

Good WOD! 95# would have made it much harder. I am still hesitant about my should and working on my OH Squats. One thing I did notice was my grip was fatiguing fast. It is tough to hold the bar the entire time with a wide grip.

Wide grip was more difficult on the deadlifts and my shoulder blades were on fire by the time I got to OHS. Did first 3 rounds before putting bar down.

This was hard. The deadlifts were fine at that weight. Snatches and OHS are always difficult for me. Good practice though.
