What can I say. I was 3 minutes slower this year. I don't think it is too bad considering I weigh 21 pounds more than I did last year. I weighed in at 206#. Also it seemed like a slow track (maybe the rainfall ealier in the week). I also fell twice. This first time I fell, I slid right into a cactus and my left shoulder had a cactus ball on it. Anyways I am happy I was under 1:00:00

A little slower this year. I had a feeling I was not going to beat my time. The first mile was really tough, then came the hills, around mile 4, I got an energy boost and picked up the pace a little, mile 5 seemed like it should have been mile 6. Next year...

1:16:02 2010 My watch said 1:15:02, not sure what happened, watch must have stopped for a minute.
