Good WOD. I wanted to do 75#, but hang cleans are a little tougher than power cleans!

Did Friday's WO today. This was a good workout, Pushups felt better then the DL's!!

70lbs.

I am super sore from doing Friday's WOD yesterday (the one Leslie did today). I wanted to try 75lbs on the hang cleans and, thinking that was what was on my bar, I tried one...and it hurt all across my back/chest/shoulders so I took some plates off and did 70lbs...AFTER the WOD I realized that I had 80lbs on my bar from yesterday...so I did do one at 80lbs!! MAYBE could have done 75lbs...would have taken a bit longer though. All in all, felt pretty good!
