This is the original 300 Workout (non crossfit), from the movie 300. It was tough but no big thing for us Crossfitters. It did make it much harder being completely fatigue and sore from the 7 mile run, the 5th day in a row working out and doing it 30 minutes after eating spicy red chili pork burros.

I did this WOD on Thur of this week!! This was a good WO. I was 35 pullups in when I realized that I was surpose to be doing Pushups, not Pullups>>> wrote down the wrong thing!! Och!! I made up for the Pushups at the end where the Pullups where last!! The KB's kicked my Butt...
