I liked this WOD, but it is a killer on the upper body. By the end, with the towel pullups, my arms had no strength left. Leslie and Krista - Nice job girls! Thanks for the company!

It was fun to meet with Jen and Krista, It has been 4ever for me!! As always I'm right behind both of them, and there both there to give me that push to the finish line LOL!!! Nice WOD. The three of us seem to be neck in neck with ower times. I like the Dumbbell Hang squat the best!!

Thanks for having us Jen! Was a great multifaceted WOD; my shoulders were very fatigued. It was nice to do this one with Jen & Leslie; way to push it ladies!
