My back was extremely fatigued and spasming from the prior day. I did many heavy power cleans, heavy jerks and snatch balances. I had to really slow down on my deadlifts for the first 5-6 rounds. It not only hurt but was really tight. Big difference in previous time.

Pushups KILLED me...deadlifts were solid.

This was a good workout, Pushups instead of Pullups!!! Pushups felt better then the DL's!!

Previous time was around 14:30 (watch stopped)
I think this was much harder with chest to ground pushups, the deadlifts felt good.
