Nice job,this would be the WO you would want to do after that long of a rest!!! Not...LoL. I just ran today. I worked 5 days straight, forgot what it was like to work a real scheduled job!!! Still was able to get 3 WO in plus 2 runs!5k27:02
Nice job Leslie. My schedule is crazy right now and I have missed a few workout days that I was not planning on. I am glad that you are keeping up. We need a group WOD soon!
