John is 23 and roved in today at work. He stated he has done CF a couple times in the past and said he will do this WOD to warm up for his weight lifting and running he will do later. He also said he was going to sprint the runs in the WOD instead of running/jogging. I said be my guess. Well John wanted to give up but kept going. He was only doing quater squats on the WB's. Thus losing a foot down and a foot up on each squat. This is a total of 180 feet he cheated over 90 reps. He finished and laid on the ground and could not believe it. He may be a new believer.

sub'd thrusters w/ dumbbells for wallballs; 1st round used 20lb dumbbells and then used 15lb dumbbells for 2nd and 3rd round. 20lbs really really BURNED my shoulders. Runs were not bad and burpee pullups were actually pretty good. Unfortunately, after the last set of burpee pullups I thought there was another 200m run and Leslie had to tell me to stop... :0)

This was fun. Had to sub WB's with Trusters! Krista did a great job useing Dumbbells, shoulder burner for sure! WOD felt good afterwards! Krista wantded to keep going,!!! LOL

Good WOD. It was nice doing this in the evening with the weather being a little cooler.
