This Sucked!
Well, I had to get up early and leave work for my ACLS class. So I decided when I got up, to go straight into the weight room, load the bar up and 1,2,3 GO! Yes, my eyes were still shut closed with goo. I didn't warm up or even put shoes on. It must have been within 2-3 minutes. I wanted to see how I did and I am pleased.
Also I had to start the watch, then pick the weights up and when ended dropped from the bar then stopped the time. So my time may have been 2-3 seconds faster.

20:19 sucked, but I will get back into it with no injuries.

Glad to see Krista and Leslie still working hard.

No band pull ups SlOWED me down...hitting myself on my chin the way up on the Thruster and then losing my balance landing on my butt with feet under bar didn't help much either...but...it's done! Yay; tore my hand up too!! Double yay!

Welcome back Sandra, go slow! Thanks Krista,nice job on the Pullups, you had this one; if you didnt spend the time on the ground, NO RESTING!! LOL. Hope your chin is ok.

As for you PAUL put some shoes on,you are going to hurt youself!! Nice time though.

That is funny ladies. Good Job. Leslie, actually lifting bare foot is really good. Your form and balance tend to be better than with those padded arched shoes we wear. Try it. It is said running barefoot or with five finger shoes is healthier as well. http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/

Don't know what happened to my time, but my arms were spent on pullups. Thrusters felt pretty good. Put the weight down once on first and 2nd rounds.
