40:3050 pullups - 5:50100 pushups - 6:405K run - 28:00This was hard. Didn't feel as strong on pullups as I have. Pushups were really tough after doing the pullups. It was amazing how much harder the run felt with shoulder fatigue. Did the wod at 1030am. I would suggest doing it a little earlier before it heats up. The sun felt brutal on the last mile!

Good Job ladies! Keep up the good work. All double unders are to be 4 times in singles. Initially we started at 3 times but quickly went to 4 times as all of you are so savage. Therefor 80 would have been correct.
