100 Pushups (regular)
5K Run

Do this together as one workout. Do not rest before your 5K Run.

This was a good hard WOD. 5K started at my garage and had to jump over the front gate.

5K run - 28:00

This was hard. Didn't feel as strong on pullups as I have. Pushups were really tough after doing the pullups. It was amazing how much harder the run felt with shoulder fatigue. Did the wod at 1030am. I would suggest doing it a little earlier before it heats up. The sun felt brutal on the last mile!

Did an oldie, but a goodie WOD, instead of tonites workout. didnt have enough time. Thanks for the company Krista. Suppose to be 60!! Not 80.....! It was right, it was a good workout anyway!!

Good Job ladies! Keep up the good work. All double unders are to be 4 times in singles. Initially we started at 3 times but quickly went to 4 times as all of you are so savage. Therefor 80 would have been correct.
