Just wanted to let you all know that I'm still out here. Just did a half marathon at Disneyland. Managed to finish in 2:07. Not bad for an old man. I credit a lot of my success to Crossfit. I'm doing 2-3 workouts per week plus 2 days of running. Feeling great.

Hey stranger!! Great job trying to keep up. My garage is always open. I'm running almost every morning, But still slow. Keep up the good work!

You all are great! It is awesome to see everybody still doing work (Crossfit) and encouraging each other. Remember Crossfit is not only to keep you in shape but it is to do new things and do things you suck at. Be prepared as there will be 2 new exercises for Thursday and please please try it.
